The UT MAcc program is a 30 credit hour program that prepares students for the CPA, CFE, and CMA certification exams and may be completed in 9 months (two semesters).

The UT MAcc program is made up of 10 – 3 credit hour courses. Courses can be taken one at a time, or completed in one academic year.*

*Utah Tech participates in the Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP) which allows non-resident graduate students from qualified states to attend a qualified graduate program at 150% resident graduate tuition. Please click on the WRGP link for more information.

The Masters of Accountancy (MAcc) at Utah Tech University (UT) is designed to educate, develop and train future accounting professionals, providing them with the highly technical skills sought after by industry and the educational content necessary to sit for the CPA Exam. Students pursuing the graduate degree in Accounting from UT will be prepared to provide tax, accounting and business advisory services, administer tax laws and analyze financial reports and data. The curricular focus is to prepare students for corporate and public accounting, government, finance and industry related positions.
